Precision humidity control using the divided-flow method

These systems provide precise and stable temperature and humidity environments.

How a Divided-Flow Humidity Generator Works

A divided-flow humidity generator works by dividing fully dried gas (0%rh) into two streams. One stream passes through a saturator to become saturated gas (100%rh), while the other remains dry (0%rh). These two streams are then mixed and introduced into the test chamber. By adjusting the flow rate ratio, the system produces gas with a specific relative humidity in the test chamber.
This highly precise method is based on JIS B 79205, Section 3.4: Divided-Flow Method.
