Precisely conditioned humidified gas is supplied externally using the divided-flow method defined in JIS B 7920: Humidity – Test Methods, Section 5.3.4.
SRG Series controls humidified gas based on relative humidity, while STG Series controls it based on dew point.
Customizations and special solutions designed for specific applications and requirements are also available upon request.
