DewTracer mini CRDS-H₂O
DewTracer mini CRDS-H₂O is a trace moisture analyzer for a wide range of gases, based on CRDS (Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy) technology utilizing laser techniques.
With proprietary optical design and spectral analysis technology, it achieves unprecedented miniaturization.
It enables highly sensitive, highly accurate, and high-speed measurement of trace moisture (12 ppbv to 20 ppmv, -100 to -55°C DP) in high-purity gases, including carrier gases and atmospheric gases.
* DewTracer mini CRDS-H2O has been developed with cooperation of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial and Technology (AIST).

Safety Measures
- UJR/VCR fittings are used for gas-contacting parts, ensuring compatibility with chemical-resistant and corrosive gases.
- To prevent hazardous gases, such as flammable or toxic gases, from leaking outside the enclosure in the unlikely event of a pipe leak within the housing, the device is equipped with a purge port for inert gases like nitrogen to maintain internal enclosure safety.
