The TDLAS N3 is an OEM-type TDLAS dew point moisture analyzer designed for integration into manufacturing systems with the highest demand for low dew point measurement. It retains the key advantages of the TDLAS method, such as fast response and measurements unaffected by corrosive or interfering gases, while achieving cost reductions by reducing functions and performance relative to the TDLAS T-1.

Dew Point Measurement Unaffected by Corrosive or Mixed Gases

Conventional dew point meters or hygrometers struggle with reliable measurements in environments containing organic solvents, acids, or alkaline gases. The TDLAS N3 overcomes these challenges, delivering stable and accurate dew point measurements. Easy Operation & Data Output Functions

  • Settings and data monitoring can be easily managed using a PC with the bundled software installed.

Ultrafast Response

For dew point changes between 0 °C DP ⇔ –30 °C DP and –30 °C DP ⇔ –50 °C DP, it achieves a 90% response within 15 seconds, demonstrating an unparalleled response speed compared to other methods such as capacitive type or chilled mirror systems.

Reliable Measurement Data

  • N3 is model is based on the TDLAS T-1 ,evaluated in collaboration with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan.
  • Each unit is calibrated against in-house standards traceable to national standards provided by AIST.

Design, manufacturing, repair, and calibration are all performed in-house at SHINYEI’s lab, ensuring quick support from installation to maintenance.
